What i would like you to do is try to get some momentum going towards the plate. this should give you more velocity. also. make sure that glove arm tucks way into your chest. that should help with control and possibly help with opening too early, which should give you more velocity.
Just to add onto this post, look at these clips of Nolan Ryan and Roger Clemens. They both throw 90mph+.
Notice how thier front hip is ahead of the rest of thier body and they are incorporating thier legs into the pitch? well this is a major factor in both velocity and how deep you can pitch into a game.
