Same thing, in my opinion it doesnt effect your appetite at all. Although you will be taking numerous trips to the bathroom with all the water you will be drinking, thats the worst.
On a chemical level, there should be no reason to make you hungrier.
The only thing I can think of is that you can exert yourself more, which in turn spends more calories, which in turn allows you to take more in.

I agree 100%. You're probably working harder, more focused. So you're expending more calories -- and your body needs more calories.
