what do u think is the best way to warm up before you begin to workout?
biking?jumping jacks?running?jump rope?or anything esle that you do to warm up before a workout
I run on the treadmill for 10-15min or jump rope, at a quick pace though.
Generally begin with a light jog.
Then high knees, butt kicks, frankensteins, mountain climbers.Then do static stretch the hip flexors and a glute activation stuff.
i just stretch 8)
Same, I just stretch before I lift, and usually some light bodyweight stuff that pertains to the bodypart I'm going to hit that day. Ex. Pushups for chest day, wide grip pullups for back day
