Good article, DM. The stuff they talk about in that article - sport-specific dynamic warm-ups - is exactly what the NPA teaches us including the hand walks and spiders shown in the article's video.
Very good article, but don't forget that static stretching does have its place, just not necessarily before working out. The sleeper stretch in particular is extremely important.
