My dad just gave me this book 52-week baseball training a proven plan for strength, power, speed, agility, and performance by gene coleman I was wondering if anyone eles tryed doing this program. Comments wanted.
If it is the trainer for the Houston Astros I own that book and the workouts are geared more to position players. Although it has a very good ab and shoulder program (jobe) everything else is tough weight lifting.
