Day 148: Hit arms at the gym then threw:
Concentration curl: 4 sets w/30lb db
Cable rope curl: 4 sets w/80lb
Hammer curl: 4 sets w/30lb db's
Overhead tricep rope extension: 4 sets w/80lb
Cable tricep extension: 4 sets w/80lb
Wrist roller & Wrist curl superset: 4 sets, roller w/40lb, curl w/10lb db
Threw a 45 pitch bullpen. mostly windup about 15 from stretch. Working on command of my fastball and change and mixed in a couple sliders. Also took some flyballs in right.
