Day 64: Great workout. i'm exhausted. Triceps, biceps, and forearms.
Db tricep press/rope tricep extension superset: 4 sets, press w/40lb db, extension w/80lb
Rope overhead tricep extension: 4 sets w/60lb
Seated db alternating curls: 4 sets w/35lb db's
One arm db preacher curls: 4 sets w/30lb db
Cable curls w/straight bar: 4 sets w/100lb
Behind-the-back barbell wrist curl/EZ curl bar reverse grip curls superset: 4 sets, wrist curl w/85lb, curls w/40lb
Forearms went light weight, high intensity. overall a great workout and i definitely feel like my arms are getting a lot stronger. The week I took off was a big set back especially with all the goals i wanted to achieve but i'm not giving up on them. Just gonna have to put a little more work in. Also haven't been sticking to my cardio schedule at all so I want to be more consistent with that as well.
