From first move to leg plant needs an overhaul. From foot strike to follow through looks very good, in my opinion.
-Reduce the knee lift. Lifting significantly over the waist is a waste.
Momentum wasted going up when it should be going toward home at that point. Work on getting that lift around the waist and getting forward momentum started DURING the lift and not AFTER the lift.
-First thing leads to this point: You are not getting down the hill with intent. I can tell this even in slow motion because you are not covering much ground in the time it takes your leg to get down and out toward home.
After getting the lift decreased and the front hip moving quickly toward home plate, really drive with the back leg keeping the front hip closed for as long as possible. When you separate your hands, do it aggressively to exceed the speed of your rear leg drive.
From that point forward you appear to have good mechanics
